Overview: Unwage Portfolio Management team is responsible for growing transitioned businesses from Unwage Ventures Studios and Unwage M&A.
Team (Superstars) Required for each Portfolio Company:
- Acquisitions – Someone getting new business
- Delivery – Someone delivering on those promises
- Operations/Shared Services – Someone making sure everything is running smoothly
Incentives
- The vast majority of the wealthiest people are willing to give up some of the pie to grow their businesses.
- Share 5% of profits with the CEO and give them an option to buy more equity.
