Bangkok – Day 11
Today will be a short recap. I mainly went over programming courses for most of the day since I wanted to change things up. It rained so I wasn’t able to go exploring today. Tomorrow hopefully I’ll be able to get out.
This is where I get to journal about my personal life. Things that are happening with my family, my own psyche, dog, trips, etc. I love looking back and being able to read about moments in time. It brings me so much joy and nostalgia and hopefully an inside peek into my life for any casual viewers.

Another day in the books. It seriously does not feel like I’ve been in Bangkok for ten days already. It’s incredible how fast these days are moving. But I am satisfied with the progress I’ve been making. Today was another solid working day. I was able to finish more content for Network and Market. I’m
Today was a good working day. I got a lot done for Network and Market. The past couple of days I’ve focused on work. My time here is shorter than I can even imagine. My sister and mom are officially coming to visit in Thailand at the end of the month, so I won’t be
Today was a better day. I think most of the residual effect of the news is wearing off or this could be a temporary bout of clarity. I had a good friend email me with some assuring words, and it’s much appreciated. Thanks, Kwaum. I’ve been working a lot more on Network & Market. It’s

Today was a pretty devastating day. I’ve been waiting for the past month and a half to find out if I got into the University of Pennsylvania’s Engineering program for Computer and Information Technology. I just found out that I didn’t get in. I had so much hope going into it. I really wanted to
I got out today and spent the majority of it at the Asiatique River Walk across the river from my place. It was a close ride over and cost only 3 dollars. I got there before it started getting busy. Most of the stores start opening at 4 pm. The Asiatique River Walk is a
I initially intended to go out today, but a thunderstorm came through and squashed my plans. It looks like sporadic rain showers happening this entire week…A little bit of a bummer. It doesn’t help when there aren’t many walkable places around here. I’ve been frustrated by the lack of fresh food and fruits here. I’ve
Day 3 in Bangkok already! Maybe time is different in South East Asia (SEA) because I feel like it’s flying! I’ve been in SEA for a full month now. I have a little less than three more months here, and I feel like it’s going to go pretty quickly. I have a lot I want
I explored a bit today so that I could get a lay of the land. Bangkok is so much bigger than I expected. It certainly isn’t a place that you can just pick a place to stay and hope things are convenient. I took a Grab to get lunch over at Bake A Wish. They had
