I totally forgot to write up a little blog on my trip to Arizona with some of my family. I’ve been slowly checking out different states to see how the real estate market is from an investing standpoint and maybe finding another state to live in besides California. The cost of living keeps skyrocketing and the quality of life is starting to degrade. The overall value of living in California isn’t what it used to be.
My brother in law lived in Arizona so I tagged along with him, my sister, and my mom. He took us around to check out his old stomping grounds and to show me areas that were in growing residential real estate.
