I did my third interview today with Cloudkitchen/CSS. The first part of the interview I think went well. I was asked to present my written assessment that I did in the second part of the interview. There were three people in the room, Jeremy (ops), Tiffany (Director of Ops), and Ben (Head of Growth). The first hour was the assessment presentation and the second part was the technical/analytical assessment that I completely bombed. It was straight embarrassing how bad I did. Normally I’d be pretty sad about the whole thing but I’m okay. I trust that God’s plans are better than my plans. I’ll take it as a learning lesson and move on.
