These are genuine questions that I have that I plan to try to understand better.
- What happens to babies that don’t know Jesus? Do they all go to hell?
- How is it fair that people of other religions that don’t have an opportunity to know Jesus or are just so suffocated by deeply
engrained cultural upbringings end up going to hell? Do they? - What happens to those that have lived before the time of Jesus? Are they saved?
- What are the specific boundaries to be considered saved?
Their are varying degrees of Christians. You have the Reformed, Orthodox, Pentecostal, Charismatic, etc. Then you have Catholics. Even further out from the concentric circles of “Christians” are Mormons, Jehovah witnesses, etc. What about the Jews? Are they saved? - Why do we exist? What is our purpose on earth while we are alive?
- Love God, Love People
- Your will on Earth as it is in Heaven.
- Obey the Word of God
- Relationship with Him
- Love people
- If everyone was like Jesus, we would have Heaven on Earth.
- John Stott’s answer – “God wants his people to become like Christ, for Christlikeness is the will of God for the people of God.”
