Bangkok – Day 14

I’m tired so I’m going to keep this short. I stayed up all night because I couldn’t sleep so I figured I’d just stay up and reset my circadian rhythm for sleep. I studied growth for startups, coding, and some marketing. I had a chance to finally use my swimming goggles I bought and it was glorious! My eyes aren’t hurting and I swam with actual precision and ease. It makes a huge difference. I did 30 laps and then hit legs for the day. I was exhausted so I didn’t go too long in the gym. I was in and out after 30 minutes. I had dinner, from the same shabu place, and now I’m going to shower, clean up a bit, and get some rest. Today is the last at this condo. I’m actually satisfied with my stay even though it was pretty far from everything. It forced me to focus and spend time swimming and the gym. It worked out.
