Bangkok – Day 10

Another day in the books. It seriously does not feel like I’ve been in Bangkok for ten days already. It’s incredible how fast these days are moving. But I am satisfied with the progress I’ve been making. Today was another solid working day. I was able to finish more content for Network and Market. I’m learning quickly it’s better to create and not worry so much about perfection. Just get content out there and iterate afterward. The faster you get the bulk of the material out, it’s much easier to edit from there, and many times you’ll be surprised looking back that the content wasn’t as bad as you thought.

I had a lot of conversations with friends back home today. It was nice connecting with people. Being an introvert, it’s easy to isolate and not take the time to communicate with friends and family, but whenever I do connect, it’s always a good thing.

After work, I headed to the pool and did 30 laps. I’m feeling better in the water. I realized my lung capacity is small. I can’t hold my breath very long, and I’m assuming it’s from some effects from asthma. As I do more cardio, hopefully, I’ll be able to build up my lung capacity. I’m enjoying biking, running, and swimming. It allows me to diversify my cardio and let different muscle groups rest while working on others.

I had a call with Aeron today, and it was great catching up. We ended up talking for 3 hours. He’s pushed back raising VC funding and instead work on building out a working prototype before we connect with investors again. I’m glad he did because it’s been challenging building out Network and Market while trying to figure out the funding in Asia. It seems like we’ll be going full force once I get back to the States.

Tomorrow, I plan to work until early afternoon and then explore a bit of Bangkok. Sunday will be a full dedicated day to seeing more of the city.

That’s it for today.
